- I met an attorney at a continuing education seminar. We had a nice chat, and I followed up the next day with a personal email. No response. Not a big deal; the annoying part was that his firm added me to their “list” to receive impersonal and irrelevant email marketing messages.
- A similar thing happened with an executive coach I met recently.
Are these major deal breakers? Maybe not. But, would you go out of your way to refer someone to them?
Resolved, henceforth ClarityBV will be personal and relevant in all communications.
